Service Description
What's included: Logistics: • 2 hours of PRIVATE PARTY use of our entire space • + Additional 30 minutes of setup & 30 minutes of cleanup time for host family (so total time is 3 hours) • 15 children max, 30 total people included • For an additional $15/person, you may include up to 10 extra people. This is a total capacity of 40 people. • Party assistant included • $75 for additional 30 minutes for setup. Must be confirmed in advance for staff scheduling purposes. Food & Drink: • 2 Dozen donuts displayed on our donut wall • 2 Donuts will be used for birthday child's donut "cake" with a provided candle) • 1 Dozen bagels (choose up to 3 flavors) • 2 Cream cheese tubs • Fruit tray with dip • 15 Applesauce pouches • 1 Large carafe of orange juice • 1 Pot of coffee included. Choose from decaf or caffeinated • Option to bring in your own additional drinks • Option for Little Sprouts to provide extra snack offerings): • Option for Little Sprouts to provide extra snack offerings (you take home any extras): • Munchies snack mix - $15 • Original salted potato chips - $15 • Goldfish - $15 • 15 String cheese - $15 • Regular animal cookies - $20 • Frosted animal cookies - $20 • 15 Applesauce pouches - $20 • 15 Yogurt pouches - $25 • No extra food allowed. Decor: • Option to bring in your own tabletop decorations. • Donut themed place settings and flatware • White table cloths • "Happy Birthday" banner • Custom felt board message **In the rare event excessive clean-up is required, a cleaning fee may be charged**
Cancellation Policy
For in-cafe parties, a non-refundable party reservation must be paid in advance to confirm and reserve party date. The deposit will be applied to the total party balance. The remainder of your party balance is due at your party. For non-in-cafe parties, party reservations must be paid in full at time of booking to confirm. If the party is cancelled at least 30 days ahead of the party date, it can be rescheduled with the deposit transferred to the new party time. If needed, call us at (414) 563-7529 to reschedule a party.
