For in-cafe parties, a non-refundable party reservation must be paid in advance to confirm and reserve your party date. The deposit will be applied to the total party balance. The remainder of your party balance is due at your party. If the party is cancelled at least 30 days ahead of the party date, it can be rescheduled with the deposit transferred to the new party time. What's Included:

Logistics

  • 2 hours of PRIVATE PARTY use of our entire space

  • + Additional 30 minutes of setup & 30 minutes of cleanup time for host family (so total time is 3 hours)

  • 15 children max, 30 total people included

  • For an additional $15/person, you may include up to 10 extra people. This is a total capacity of 40 people.

  • Party assistant included

  • $75 for an additional 30 minutes for setup. Must be confirmed in advance for staff scheduling purposes.

clean-up is required, a cleaning

fee may be charged**

Food & Drink

  • 24 Mini water bottles with customized bottle labels on all bottles

  • One (1) 2-tiered cake OR cupcakes decorated per chosen theme

  • Option to bring in your own, nut-free food, drink, and tabletop decorations

  • 2 pots of brewed coffee, choice of caffeinated and decaffeinated

  • Our full cafe beverage bar is open during the party for ala carte purchases

  • Option for Little Sprouts to provide extra snack offerings:

    • Munchies snack mix - $15

    • Original salted potato chips - $15

    • Goldfish - $15

    • 15 String cheese - $15

    • Regular animal cookies - $20

    • Frosted animal cookies - $20

    • 15 Applesauce pouches - $20

    • 15 Yogurt pouches - $25

Decor

  • Luxe colored/themed paper goods (cups, plates, napkins, cutlery) and décor for table setting and display table only

  • White paper plates, napkins, cutlery for additional paper goods

  • Themed table cloth or white table cloth with themed runner for tables

  • Curated and customized themed goodie bags for each child (up to 15)

  • Small balloon decor option dependent on request and availability

  • Themed "Happy Birthday" banner

  • Custom felt board message

  • Option to bring in your own tabletop decorations​
